Stainless steel double sink with propane hot water heater and 30 gal holding tank with 45 psi on demand water pump , detachable turkey fryer , cd stereo , 8 110 volt outlets , variable speed draft fan plumbed into the stack along with one more mounted just above the fold out doors for removing smoke and heat from under the canopy , along with a 100 lb propane pig to run all the LP accesories. soon to come is storage cabinets above the prep table area and a few other add ons.
